Tom was great! He fixed the issue and made sure to check in with me a couple of days later to make sure everything was going well before considering the issue fully resolved and closing the ticket. Always a pleasure to work with the Secure Biz team, especially Tom!

I found out first period on Friday that something was blocking our access to our computer typing game. I was able to switch gears and do something else with that class. But I was more worried about what was going to happen on Monday and Tuesday morning when I was leaving a substitute teacher to work with two classes to use that same software if it was blocked. I am super glad that I was able to convey to both Tom and Betsy that I needed the problem solved by the end of the day on Friday. I was given a chance to test the fix before the ticket was closed. And most importantly the fix was still working on Monday and Tuesday. Thanks Team!
