The service was fine. I felt it took a long time...

The service was fine. I felt it took a long time to resolve my issues. It took about a week to resolve the problem. Communication could have been better as well. To be fair my responses were slow on my end as well. At the end of the day, the issue was solved, so nothing too much to complain about.
