As always, Ryan and the rest of the technicians at Arnet answers our ticket quickly and efficiently. One quick phone call and they were up and running, installing software on a new PC, and (maybe more importantly) not taking up valuable time and resources with phone calls and questions with our employees. Even though the problem that was causing my issue was not related to our server/system, Dorian was willing to take a look at Mimecast and other areas to be sure before I went back to the vendor with the details. By eliminating potential areas of concern here, it turned the problem over to them and they did finally resolve it.
