I appreciated the quick response by Fuse3 for my access request. Despite several attempts, Tyler couldn't immediately fix, but elevated to another tier of support in good order. This was picked up before end of day by Javier, who hit similar snag by moat ogres but prevailed with a few network prompts. Great teamwork by Fuse3 to fix my (network) issues.
