Regular check ins with our CIO help to ensure projects don't fall through the cracks. Integris is our trusted partner for larger scale projects that are outside the scope of our staff's expertise. We rely on the help desk (Team Owl) to handle team member's IT items as we do not have an onsite F/T IT person.
