The guys were great. It was supposedly going to be a simple fix, at least i thought! Grin. But it turned out to be a bigger issue. They were both VERY PATIENT with me and the issue was finally resolved. The problem was totally at our end and took some experimentation to make it all work. All up an running now. Great company with excellent and knowledgeable employees. THANKS

Arnet Technologies always provides the best customer support in a very timely manner. The support technicians are very helpful, patient and get the job done! We are extremely pleased with their servcie and grateful that they are available whenever we need them.
