We are glad to have Integris here. The only concern was not having all software work immediately and there was no warning. Still not able to access the S drive.

Ryan was very helpful getting all of my issues resolved. He was very professional, while also being respectful for my work time versus their fix time. If he was not on my computer, he let me know that I could get back to my work and that he was request permission before interrupting me again. I appreciated that. Unfortunately the fix resulting in me having to go through many of old emails that I already resolved or responded to or deleted, but had to do again to be sure.
