Bailey, who answered the phone on the Help Desk was very efficient and sweet. Dorian responded immediately and not only corrected the problem I was having, but he also addressed the slow speed of my laptop and gave me useful hints for improving it. So appreciate!

We experienced a long delay in having our printer issue addressed and our work productivity was greatly impacted. As is usually the case Dorian performed as expected.

Opened ticket on Wednesday to set up new pc. Initial response time was 2 hours. That's fine. Ran into a problem and escalated the ticket. Needed admin rights because I couldn't download or install programs. Didn't get a response until Friday morning when I called back. Had three technicians looking into it and still didn't get it fixed. Told Alan to have Ryan call me because Ryan knows our system. Didn't hear back from Ryan until Monday. I think your response times on escalated tickets should be better.
