Have you ever tried to cast a fishing line and ended up with a birds nest at your reel? I unknowingly logged into Adobe through Google and could not get out of Google mode, all of my apps had changed. The more I clicked the bigger mess I had made. I finally broke down and sent a message to KME, and within 30 minutes, Seth untangled my mess, guided me out of "Googleland" and restored all of my company standard programs. Suggestion to all, if KME is your service provider, don't wait, engage them early and avoid the birds nest! Thanks Seth :)
