Riaan has helped the team with numerous software issues. I appreciate his patience and tenacity in supporting our firm with the various software vendors (Quickbooks, Thomson Reuters, etc.) He is definitely looking out for the best interest of his client. On another note, when he is on the line, i shutter since the issue is generally bigger and requires big guns! :-)
