Detailed feedback was provided directly to James via email. This issue should not have happened and was caused by a mistake made pre-migration. Several communication attempts with the migration team were made, and multiple phone calls and emails were required before the issue was escalated. Steven quickly responded to the escalation message and was trying to decipher the source of the problem when James took over and ultimately resolved the issue late in the day. Great customer service. Called to determine what time the issue happened, looked at the logs. Access my machine and able to determine the problem. I didn't even notice that he was working behind the scenes. Emailed me and let me know to restart my machine, verified the patch worked the following day. Since I didn't use my machine on Friday, we waited until this afternoon to confirm no additional reboots. Jose is always professional, values everyone's time and makes it work.
