Anthony understood what needed to be done and why and made sure that the morning crew was aware. As always he made it easy. Chris was very responsive to my concern and need for quick action on this ticket. The necessary steps were taken to ensure that the employee could not access the programs etc. and Ari finished off the ticket by completing all other necessary backend items. It was reassuring to see them all work in tandem. Noce job everyone.
