I called the help desk for an issue I was having and left a message. I completely understand that agents were busy, and I had to leave a message. Aaron did call me within 1/2 hour after leaving a message, which I feel was a fast response time. During our call, he remoted into my computer, explaining everything he was doing. I am very happy with the results and working with Aaron. He was friendly and professional.
