Randy and the team working on this service ticket should get the HERO OF THE WEEK award. Randy & Team worked urgently and diligently to resolve the problem we were having with our sever. Randy got down and dirty and fought off the evil dust bunnies hiding in our server cabinet to come to the rescue and save the day. We thank them for their quick response and resolution to this issue!

Aaron was absolutely amazing and patient with me today. He took the time to go through every step to get my printer online and working again. I've been without my printer for over a month now and I've had two different people to call and try to get it working again but they were unable to. Today I put in a new ticket and the right person (Aaron) called to fix the problem. I'm so happy to be able to print in my office again. Thanks a bunch Aaron, YOU ROCK!
