I made the first phone call before 7AM EST for...

I made the first phone call before 7AM EST for having no phone and no internet. I received a call back within minutes, however there was a problem with the cell phone, and I could not answer it in time. I called right back and let the Emergency call line know and was told they would call me right back. After waiting over an hour, I called the help line again and was told they will call me back, the woman that answered got a little snippy with me when I explained the previous events. She also told me she could not see the details of my first call. Corne did call me right back and walked me through to troubleshoot the problem. He was fantastic! Thank you for your help.
