Cyril did a super great job in fixing the issue with my docking block connection to my desktop monitors! The only issue was he was 15 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time...and that took me calling the KME Service Desk (because he is not in the KME phone directory) and them tracking him down. He apologized for the lateness, and said he had another call run long. I totally understand that. It's just that if KME is going to schedule appointments for very specific times with specific durations (this one was scheduled for 25 minutes), then my expectation is that they will start timely. And if not, no problem...just send a quick email saying "Running Late".
