I received a prompt call back on my issue which Paul resolved quickly with a password reset. I was completely shut out of all Microsoft apps and documents, so it was very helpful to have a speedy reply. Bonus that it was a quick and easy fix.

The reason for just 8 score was the episode prior to Tom’s personal involvement in helping resolve my Microsoft issues. The prior episode involved a less than coherent email in response to my request for assistance that said CHR won’t be helped any longer since we don’t have an agreement. That could have been handled very differently and would not have left me with the less than positive experience.
