Chris tried to resolve. Martin started working on it, but when I was leaving that day for vacation and it still wasn't resolved, I gave him the name, email, and contact number of another employee having the same issue, and we discussed Martin getting in touch with Sylvia while I was on vacation to try to resolve same, since she was having the same issue. This didn't happen. I then emailed Martin when I returned from vacation to try to resolve, and he did respond by email, and I told him I would call him because I had a pricing that day. I called Martin the next day, but he apparently got tied up and did not return my call. A couple of days passed then, and I called support, and it was then escalated and given to Matthew Bowers, who promptly resolved the issue. I am still having another issue with the desk printer printing out blank sheets of paper at random though, which Documentation indicated was probably due to driver settings set for metric, since that's more widely used other than the US, especially for the A4 print setting.
