your staff did an excellent job! I had an issue and called close to 5pm and they informed me they will do their best to attend to the issue before 6pm otherwise first thing next morning. I was thrilled to see them pop on my computer and promptly resolve the issue giving me the reason and instruction to remedy in the event I do it again. Thank you kindly for your help in this matter!
