Tre Eiler was very helpful and responded to me throughout the day in a timely manner. Though his efforts did not fix my problem, he did make several attempts to remedy the problem and I appreciate that. He did determine that we need a new scanner.

Tre Eiler was told I had 7 minutes to resolve my issue because I was about to teach a class at 6:00 p.m. and without skipping a beat he logged in and SAVED MY BACON! He also took the extra 2 minutes we had left to teach me how to fix it if it ever happened to me again. He might be earning demigod status soon -- just sayin'...
