I did not have an issue with his professionalism, etc. My issue was with the nonresolution of it. He suggested that it was my internet provider. We had a tech come out today to check everything. No problems and download speeds are in the 18 range. Had to pay the tech $100 service fee as the problem was not with them. I maintain that it is an issue with our server or VPN. It is not a problem with my house.
