Joseph, did a good job but it I was disappointed that he was not aware/prepare of Caswood 's needs. For example, the reason I got a new computer was to be able to install Quickbooks 2023. He didn't know that and installed Quickbooks2014 (the version I had in the old system). We asked him to contact Greg the technician that installed 2023 just a few weeks ago to answer Joseph questions. Joseph was not able to contact him. At the end Joseph did everything but if he would have had the knowledge of what we needed , I believe that the installation of the new computer would have being quicker.
