Matthew was excellent. After the longest battle with my Mac, Matthew has been very helpful and really took the time and care to explore all possible solutions for my adobe software instalment issues, my printing problem, and outlook/network issues. He also regularly checked in to make sure the system was working and if anything had changed, which I appreciate very much. Thank you! :)
