As a new employee I’ve had to place several calls the last two weeks. Your techs are wonderful, however I always had to be called back and when asked when or how long until I’d speak with someone the standard answer seems to be “I don’t know, we’re really busy”. My issues were quickly resolved once I spoke to someone.

Dorian is excellent! He has had to deal with a lot these last couple weeks with my QuickBook issues and handled it all so well. He's always so nice and pleasant to talk to on the phone. I can always count on things getting fixed when he's in charge. Can't thank him enough.

Somewhat disappointed with the delayed response from others at Arnet, not Chris and Mike. The frustration really lies in that there is a different tech each time we discover an issue with the new computers being set up. In the future, it would be nice to have one tech ready to assist when a computer is being set up. I understand that tech can't be 100% devoted to us at the time, but having the same tech helps in understanding the processes we have already done and knows how to move forward with the computer.

Awesome job! It was a quick response time. Ryan was patient, professional & so knowledgeable! He was able to get me computer up and running in no time at all. He saved the day for me!!!
