Eric has always been very helpful with whatever IT needs I've had. I was with a different tax company the last two seasons and I was always at ease when I knew he was working on whatever issues I had. Started with a new company yesterday and had to log a ticket and got Eric. He was able to resolve my issue right away as usual!
