It took a couple a attempts to figure out the problem. Initial work did not change BizHub from drawing from tray 2. In the end, Christian did figure it out. Suggestions for Christian....focus on next steps to help move the conversation along quicker and reduce the amount of time required of the client on the phone. Thanks.
