Once the new server was installed the issues were resolved.

Both gentlemen were professional and did a great job. Our concern is that our request was not responded to in a timely manner. As with any business, we need to have reliable telephone and internet access to provide the best service to our tenants. We reported the problem on Monday morning and we did not get a resolution until Wednesday afternoon. I understand that someone from the office attempted to correct the issue off-site, prior to these two gentlemen being requested for service. However, if it weren't for Comcast by-passing the firewall at our request, we would have had no phone or cloud access for three days. We greatly appreciate Tom adding the ticket to have someone come in-person. Chase did a great job correcting the issue. We just wish we could have had someone on-site on Monday. Thank you.
