When I called Arnet Technologies for emergency help on the weekend, we got quickly matched with the MOST helpful employee ever! This was a complicated problem that required several calls and collaboration with the bank in the UK to solve. A conclusion was made that the card itself was defective and Wes and Dorian exhausted every method to get it working.
