I tried running the update this morning and again Windows would not update. Per Brandon's instructions we are leaving the machine "on" overnight this evening so that the Windows update will be "pushed out" and installed. I will check the machine Wednesday morning and create a new ticket if the update(s) fail. It's all we can do at this point.
