David called and tried to trouble shoot over the phone including face-timing with Lindsay regarding the screen. Tried to make adjustments. It was very subtle. Autumn worked on the computer and could see the issue when the computer was brought in. Sent off to HP, updated me on the time frame and had everything back together. Great customer service and keeping me updated on the status and next steps. I appreciate both of them for their hard work on trying to solve this.
