What should have been a quick fix was a complicated issue due to a server that is old, too full and needs to be replaced. Randy worked numerous hours to find a fix despite this so that we could have access to QuickBooks and one of our drives that holds client files. We are extremely grateful and will follow up on the proposal that Integris has given us for the replacement server. Randy should be given kudos for top notch customer service!! Many thanks!
