Lee is very personable and professional. He did a good job with this ticket, except that I specifically wanted to keep Office 2013 on the computer, but when we were done, it was not available. I don't know if he is unfamiliar with the older, non-subscription versions of Office, or if my description of what I wanted was not clear. Other than that, he did a great job and was easy to work with.
