He was amazing. Looked at multiple computers, tried to figure out what the add in was, researched why some users it was fixed and other not. Contacted teamworks, reserached. Found out this was installed in 2015 and we tried to recreate the issue. Great job. This was a tough one. I appreciate his hard work, troubleshooting, and thinking outside the box.
