Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Robert and I both have been swamped with work. James followed up with timely to ensure our status. Was flexible with timing of calls. Robert and I were the cogs and James kept us going with gentle reminders. Worked with us on trying to find solutions to missing emails. Problem solved and SSL is renewed. Great job and I really appreciate his dedication, customer service, follow through.
