Great customer service. Work with me on a time that would work for both us. I had some deadlines that prevented me from letting Autumn access immediately. She was able to find a time on Friday. Updated and removed programs that may have been causing the issues. Followed with an email to have me test. Then followed up first thing Monday morning with a call, to make sure everything is working. It appears to be much better, than fan isn't coming on as much and it doesn't appear the computer is working as hard. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
