When the ticket was opened it was never picked up for over an hour. Matt called to tell me he was going to work on, but that Graig already was, and I should hear from him shortly. Graig didn't read the ticket asked him to call my cell phone and it was added to the ticket because I didn't receive the original ticket when opened and wasn't receiving any updates. I had to try to access at 9 pm in the evening because I never heard from Graig that it was backup. Then he called on Wednesday to see if we were up and running and able to access.
