Josh was amazing! He was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the purpose of each cord connecting from the computer to the monitor, and everything is working excellent now! I had a prior bad experience with a different representative. However, Josh and Gunner have turned that around. I would recommend Orion, and I hope these employees are recognized for their outstanding customer service and knowledge!
