I would have given a 10 except that Erik was about 18 minutes late. He did resolve my issue quickly and accurately though. Tardiness on scheduled calls is becoming a frequent occurrence on the last few appointments I've had with Fuse 3 staff - not just Erik.

Brian was excellent. I asked him to check into a couple of options for a conference phone line that could be used by people outside our network. He set it up and it works perfectly.
