Although the issue wasn't resolved with Aaron, it was not due to lack of trying on his part. Perhaps some of the newer employees could be trained on how to set up the laptops for onsite audits or the auditors at Varis should be notified that we always reach out to either James or Eric directly? Thank you to both Aaron and Eric! Eric resolved the issue right away and I'm all set to go to Nashville.
