Chris was PHENOMENAL!!! He was professional, courteous, patient, and invested in figuring out how to solve my phone issue. He respectfully asked permission to communicate using my cell phone. He demonstrates high integrity and service of excellence. Of course these are qualities what we expect and have looked as a norm, but nowadays, that isn't always the case. So I make sure to acknowledge and express gratitude to all who do. I recently experienced a vendor rudely saying he didn't work at the grocery store he was stocking bread at when we asked for his assistance when a customer needed help with broken glass. I let him know he represented that store while he was there and he said, "You're not doing anything, why don't you go get someone." Let's just say he messed with the wrong person that day....he's probably sitting on his bed reevaluating his life. So You all keep up the AMAZING service and we will keep bragging about you all!
