Autumn and Erik did a great job of listening and researching how long this issues has being ongoing. Autumn escalated the ticket to Erik, who researched and tried multiple options. He was patient and consistently followed up with me on the status. We tested for a couple days and then applied the changes to Rhiannon's computer. It is working great and it seems to be fixed. Great job.
