Andrew was extremely patient while we waited on perma-hold for support from a third party sw vendor. Andrew stuck with me until I told him there was no point on him waiting on hold any longer.

Bogdan quick sorted out the issue, identified the options and selected the initial approach to take. My situation was a bit different from the standard, but Bogdan was not hampered by that. We got new software installed. He configured it, explaining what he was doing and how I would use the new approach going forward. Very professional and courteous.
