Mike had helped me the day before with updating security settings. The next day I had an issue they made a priority and not only did he resolve me he followed up with instructions to share with others in the event someone else needed assistance with the same problem. Now we are prepared ! Very efficient and helpful

My only issue was that I could not get a technician/live person when I first called. Because it was a DUO issue, I could not start my workday until some time later when they returned my call. (Approx. 20 minutes). Not earth shattering, but frustrating.
