Kyle did a great job on this ticket. I am frustrated that these questions were posed to others at Integris months ago and not answered. It's also frustrating that we don't have a better answer from Adlumin on this, at this point. However, I applaud Kyle for recognizing the problem and trying to improve it with Adlumin. We just continue to be disappointed in Integri's's choice of Adlumin as the product for these services. It has been an extremely subpar solution compared to what we are used to. The weakness of Adlumin in really addressing this problem at this time, and the fact that we had to open this ticket because these questions weren't addressed long ago, are the only reasons this ticket is not a 10. Again though, thanks to Kyle for continued great work.
