Randy and Chris got everything working just as it should be! These guys are like magic. Appreciate all they do - even though I don't know how they do it.

Greg is always nice and solves the issue easily. Randy however was extremely condescending and rude. He told me to stop yelling at him and to calm down when I was telling him what the issue was. I was frustrated but I was NOT yelling. I told him if he could not help me then please get me someone else on the line. He then gave me the silent treatment and just stopped speaking entirely like a child. My computer was not working and my attorneys needed things urgently and I had been offline for 2 hours at that time and he was just playing around like a child; I did not have time for his tantrum. If I ever get him on the phone again, I will hang up and get someone else. He also did not resolve my issue. I had to hang up with him, call my IT person and they had it resolved and I was back up and running.

Greg took care of installing the new software so fast! Now I can take care of the items on my To Do List. Thank you so much.
