I cannot thank Fuse 3 enough for fixing our emergency Quickbooks software issue. Brian was amazing and did not give up until he had solved our problem with Quickbooks in order for us to run our weekly payroll. Thank you Fuse 3 and Brian Mead!!

The 2nd monitor thing wasn't unexpected and she helped solve it. Datto should have been loaded on the new laptop initially though which was my only complaint. I know it takes a while to get new equipment fine tuned so overall it's no big deal.
