Javier was fantastic in that he worked with me until we solved my Outlook program issue (it kept freezing up on me for unknown reasons). After some analysis, he wisely figured out that the feature that allows my Outlook on my laptop to try to connect simultaneously via hard-wire and WiFi was the cause of the freezing. He disabled that feature and that nailed it. My Outlook has been working great ever since. Thank you Javier and Fuse3! Chuck Steinbergs, CRWA
