Adam has helped me twice, both times were highly stressful. He was reassuring and answered my questions with care and kindness. He is also one of the very few people that has the knowledge that could fix my issue. Adam deserves all the praise and kindness we can possibly give him. I also believe that, given he is one of a few that has the skill to fix issues that few can, he should be paid in a way that reflects that. He is very deserving of reward.

Kevan was very affable and helpful setting me up for my initial experience with Integris. Once he discovered that he could not solve my issue without assistance, he was able to escalate my ticket and connect me to Wes in an exceptionally short amount of time. Wes was able to troubleshoot my printer issue explaining the process as he went and the different road blocks, both on the network and at my terminal, that could be causing my issue. He was extremely easy to work with.
