Explained the issue to both Jill and I about an incorrect email address. Great at responding to Jill and letting her know this was different than previous emails concerns. Let her know to put the ticket in if she does receive the error. Once the email address was correct, worked perfectly. Great solution and customer service with both Jill and I.
