This week I have had multiple issues with my laptop. It would shut down randomly and made it hard to do my duties at work. I had the amazing opportunity of working with Trent to figure out a solution. He is the best tech that I have worked with so far and in the future I will probably ask for him. Trent took the time to explain what he was doing with my laptop and why. I did not have to sit there confused and wondering what was going on. He also would check in multiple times a day to make sure everything was working. We were not able to come to a resolution and I did end up switching my laptop with another. His actions allowed me to perform my duties until the point my laptop could be exchanged. He then set up my new laptop quickly and helped me when I could not get my headset to work.Trent's customer service skills and the amount of effort that he put into fixing my laptop is appreciated. He is an amazing worker and I hope to have him in the future.

Every time I contact SNS for assistance with any issue, they are extremely prompt in response and assistance. They always go the extra mile to make sure I understand (in non-technical terms) what they are doing and that I'm satisfied my issue is resolved. My highest recommendation to SNS!
